Proposal 178: Sell Fidenza

If you are not in favor of liquidating, the Fidenza appears to be the least favored asset of the primary three. This is being posted concurrently to give members and option to discuss the difference in options and to acknowledge the feedback from the failed liquidation vote from 18 days ago.

Sell Fidenza and exchange proceeds to USDC/USDT and evaluate next steps/formulate plan that can include any of buying back lower, buying another NFT, buying back tokens at approved price of members desiring to sell.
