Proposal 129: Move Entire Treasury to a Tholos Vault

This proposal would direct the multisig members to create a Tholos (https://www.tholos.app/) Vault and move all assets held in our Gnosis Safe to the newly created Tholos Vault.

The signers for this new vault would be: Abraham, Mr. Fox, NobelZobel, GianLuca, MayhemCrypto, and Arsalan. If any single signer no longer wishes to manage signing they will not be included on the Tholos Vault (this is capped at 1 signer being removed so that we have a total of 5 signers). The signing scheme will require 3 signatures for a transaction to be executed.

Migrating our treasury to Tholos would enable us to:

• Directly interact with dApps (instead of sending $$ to a member and having that member interact with the dApp)
• Save $$ on transaction costs
• Streamline operations with better reporting and an easier platform to use than gnosis
• Invest across multiple blockchains if we like
