Proposal 115: Sell our Bored Ape for as low as 72 $ETH

Proposal : Sell our Bored Ape for as low as 72 $ETH. We would aim to sell the Ape within a 24 hour period of this proposal passing. Practically, we would attempt to pursue an OTC deal and if that doesn't work we would send the Ape to a multi-sig members wallet or a long-time DAO member such as BMD to list + sell the asset.

When : As soon as this proposal passes.

Why: 1. We already have exposure to Yuga through our Otherdeed land. 2. We won't be able to take advantage of the upcoming mint besides potential price appreciation. 3. It seems as the DAO-wide view of Yuga has deteriorated in recent months and in particular the view of the BAYC asset.

Bear: Upcoming mint serves as a catalyst for BAYC, BAYC continues as the Apex of the pfp market.
