Proposal 176: Liquidation

Liquidate entire portfolio into USDC/USDT.

Next steps (distributions, buyouts, wind down) to be determined after completing the sales, and in a separate proposal (if this one passes).

80%+ of our portfolio value is stuck in illiquid assets that we can somewhat comfortably sell today before the depth of demand gets even worse. We missed the local top on these assets but I think it’s time to materialize this value into stablecoins.
