When: As soon as the proposal is passed, allocate 52 ETH to the purchase, and allow the CryptoPunk Committee to come to a decision on which Punk to acquire promptly.

Why: A Punk is an essential piece to a long-term NFT portfolio, and picking them up here seems to be an attractive time to do so. Even if they retrace further, I'm not sure how much lower they can go unless the entire NFT market nukes.

Bear Case: NFT market nukes, Punks get lost in history and never see price appreciation.

CryptoPunk Committee: BigMoonDog, Mr. Fox, abeisr, NobelZobel, deefins.
