Total Price: 6.5 (with offers, current lowest buy now 6.85) When: Asap, before @Lonelypopnft and @Archan Nair drops (Date TBA but when they announce I think will go up)

Why: This pass gets you 1 mint of each 0xStudio project. They are behind 3landers (the first project) and have a team that executes flawlessly and does extensive due diligence on any project they take on. The upcoming one @Lonelypopnft has 88k Twitter & 70k Discord followers (organic) after a short time and the Lead Artist's 1/1 resale have spike in value (from 0.25 to 2ETH+) so I think mint price will be 0.08 / 0.1 or something in that range but with this high demand can probably resell 1+ETH. Then super bullish on upcoming Archan Nair project (he sells 1/1 for 50+ETH)

I agree with Abesir that there is so much garbage in the market in 2022 and these subscription models which vet/vouch for high quality projects and guarantee you a spot in such high demand ones will pay for themselves (it is valid for 2 years and they've done 4+ projects in a couple months)

Risks/bear case: There are currently only 325 passes minted. There will only ever be a total of maximum 1000, but the supply is still going to 3x from here. About 10% for sale buy now on OS. Distribution is very good almost 1:1 owner/pass. Bots seem to be sniping them for 1.8ETH every 6 hours (talked to Undamaged about this potential opportunity?) but the floor went from 5 -> 11.5 (max) back to 6.7 (people selling for otherside land liquidity?) so now seems quite a good entry for me, especially if we were to offer 6WETH on a few different ones of people with smaller wallets.
