This is an authorization to purchase 1 floor cryptodickbutt floor NFT using ETH from the treasury. Current floor price is around .7E. If the floor moves quickly upward in the interim before a purchase can be made, a purchase is not mandatory.

The upcoming $PENGU airdrop for Pudgy Penguins holders and the subsequent increase in Pudgies floor price stands to shine a spotlight on PFP collections, especially ones that have no tokens. The thesis is that if the PENGU launch is successful, holders of other collections will demand a token and founders will oblige and take advantage of good market conditions by creating their own tokens. Rumors of token launches should drive floor prices up of notable PFP NFT projects and it's wise to take advantage of this trend and capitalize if this plays out.

Cryptodickbutts are one of the most well known PFP collections, with many notable holders, and have no token as far as I'm aware. This would be a short term play to take advantage of an increase in floor prices and receiving a potential token airdrop if the thesis plays out. If the thesis doesn't play out Cryptodickbutts have a strong enough holder base that a floor CDB could probably be sold for near breakeven.
