Proposal 133: [Revote Due to Lack of a Quorum] Use Sewer Pass to Summon HV-MTL and Sell HV-MTL

This is identical to the two previous proposals that failed due to a lack of a Quorum.

Yuga's new game has 6 stages. The first three involve spending a large amount of time to build a Forge and trying to get other players to vote for it by sharing on social media. This has been a major bust, and HV-MTL prices have gone down from approximately 0.9eth to 0.55eth since launch late last week. The DAO seems to have lost interest here. From discussion in the gaming channel, I indicated I would submit a proposal for selling.

We are yet to summon a HV-MTL with our Sewer Pass. We need to do so to realize the best sale price. The Blur HV-MTL floor is 0.538ETH vs an offer on OS for 0.42WETH for our pass. Blur does not have a competitive offer available. Thus, we will realize a premium by doing this. Also, our Sewer Pass will summon a Knight HV-MTL, which currently command a 0.02ETH premium to floor. Consequently, by summoning a HV-MTL, we should be able to sell for at least 0.1ETH more.

Once we summon, its possible we will get a rare trait. I do not believe many traits command a premium, but we should investigate ahead of flooring. For example, Knight HV-MTLs have a 3d glasses trait that carried a premium prior to launch of the game. For proposal purposes, I would leave the listing price at the discretion of the committee to ensure a sale occurs.
