This proposal would result in the creation of a Tholos vault with the following singers: Abraham, Mr. Fox, NobelZobel, GianLuca, Mike V, SnarFist. All signers will be required to provide a photo of their identification to the Reidar mod team.

The signing scheme that will be created will be a 3/6 signing scheme meaning that 3 signatures will be required for a transaction to go through and a total of 6 people are able to sign.
