Proposal 167: Engage Accounting Firm for 2024 Tax Filing

This proposal would direct the admin team to engage https://onchainaccounting.com/ for our annual tax filing. The cost per tax filing is $1,750 (+Tax) per return. We only require one return.

This proposal will enable the admin team to provide this firm with the requisite information to compile our tax return and will empower the multisig to reimburse whichever admin team member pays the accounting firm for its services.
