Proposal 078: Launch the ReidarDAO website viewable here: https://artistic-clam.super.site (under the reidardao domain name) and share the websites launch on twitter.

Why: Reidar needs a centralized vehicle for fans of Reidar to access all of the content that the DAO intends on developing. Previous efforts to launch a more complicated website have been unsuccessful, and the proposed website encompasses the necessary basic elements of a website that works for the DAO.
