Move on with the 24 responses we received to our follow-up application.

We received 24 responses out of the possible 50 to our follow-up application (as measured against the time window we indicated on the email). This proposal will move the process forward by redistributing the 24 applicants among the five groups. The passing of this proposal is effectively a vote against reaching out to those who haven't responded, waiting for more responses, filling the other 26 spots with existing applicants, etc.
