As detailed in #reidar-dao, Fitz Tepper publicly listed his 14 tokens at ~0.027 ETH, significantly below FMV. After noting this, the moderators decided to buy them and offer them back to the DAO at cost, marginally improving the valuation of everybody’s tokens. This proposal buys these tokens back at cost to complete this transaction.
