Proposal 108: Begin Incorporation Process and Appoint C-Suite + Board of Directors

Description: This is a continuation of Proposal 093. In order to begin the incorporation process of our C-Corp we must provide Atlas Management with:

• the entity name
• Mailing address
• CEO, CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary
• Board member names

This proposal would make:

1. the entity name: “Reidar Inc.”
2. the mailing address: TBD
3. CEO: Mr. Fox, CFO: Abraham, Treasurer: Montezuma, and Secretary: GGBoi
4. Board members: Mr. Fox, Abraham, Montezuma, GGBoi, DeeFins

The next step would be to draft the bylaws for the corporation. The plan is to draft the bylaws in such a way where the Board + C-Suite’s ONLY authority+responsibility is executing lawful proposals that the DAO passes.
