Sell 35% of our $APE and add ETH to buy a floor MAYC

$APE is back up on the rumour that the land sale will be conducted entirely in $APE. If we sell at these levels, we'd be converting 35% of our $APE into roughly 20 ETH. With the MAYC floor currently at 33, we'd need a little over 13 ETH from our liquid ETH reserves of 70 to purchase one.
