When: Immediately

Why: The DAO currently has no stablecoin exposure. This means if the market takes a significant downturn, all of our assets will go down significantly. The global macro situation is very poor and many expect it to get worse before it gets better. Converting 10 $ETH would mean converting 20% of our liquid ETH exposure and represent less than 4% of the total DAO treasury value; while this would definitely not save the portfolio in the event of a major downturn, it would provide us with a little bit of dry powder.
