Proposal 106: Re-open the mint.

Description:

This proposal is to re-open the mint, which would allow for prospective members to join us and existing members to mint more tokens as well. The price of the mint will be at the fair market value of a token (0.176 ETH), plus a 15% premium (0.202 ETH). This proposal would open the mint on Wednesday morning at 9AM EST, and keep it open for five days, to Monday at 9AM EST.
