This proposal aims to set up an Application Review Committee to determine which candidates the DAO will onboard.
The current number of applications will be divided amongst the committee into 5 groups, each with 4 members. Each group will select 10 candidates to send into the second round of reviews. (10 candidates x 5 groups) = 50 total candidates go to the second round.
Once the 50 candidates are collected, the committee will collaborate, create, and administer a follow-up application. Broadly, it will notify them of the LLC requirement to dox themselves and better inform the committee which candidates would be the best fit. Once the follow-up application is prepared, it will be sent to candidates with a submission deadline of 5 days.
In the Second Round, to help facilitate a fair and unanimous decision-making process, the returned applications will be randomly redistributed to the 5 groups. Each group will send the top 3 candidates to a final vote.
In the Final Round, members of the committee will have the opportunity to review each final candidate. Committee members will vote for their top 10 candidates through a public poll. The overall top 10 candidates with the most votes will then be invited to join the DAO.
