When: Mint will be re-opened at 3 PM EST on April 12th and close on April 17th at 3 PM EST.

Context: There was interest amongst existing members to mint more Reidar tokens before we did the member intake round. In addition, Leigh still needs to mint his tokens so we will need to reopen the mint regardless.

Bradchoosefi was the #11 candidate and there has been member interest in extending him an invitation.
