Proposal 069: Initiate Reidar Token Buy-Out Program

Details: This Buy-Out Program would only be applicable to Reidar members with 2 tokens or less. The DAO would offer any members of this criteria the opportunity to sell their token(s) back to the DAO at a 15% premium. With the fair market value of one Reidar token worth .253, the closest whole number after adding 15% is .29, which is the price the buy-out would occur at. Because this buy-out is not digitally programmed, the DAO will update this buy-out price on a day-to-day basis. The buy-out program would last for 14 days, or after all applicable members have made their decision known, whichever comes first.

Why: There is high demand to join the DAO, yet we’re capped at 100 members. This proposal would allow us to free up spots in the DAO by offering exits to those who would like them.

How: This proposal would go live and all applicable members would receive a direct message about their choice.
