Proposal 127: Buy back 40 tokens from both Nick and Vasiliki at a token price of 0.1 ETH per.

Description:

Given the fair market value estimations in the #reidar-buy-and-sell channel, as well as accounting for liquidity discounts, the DAO proposes to buy out two members looking to exit their positions at 0.1 ETH per token.

Further, voting in favor of this proposal would also enact the following standard: DAO ownership caps are only enforced during new minting rounds, and not during member liquidations.
