Proposal 068: Re-Open Mint and invite Emmy_Dev (https://twitter.com/emmy_dev) to join ReidarDAO.

Only Emmy will be invited to mint since we very recently had an opportunity for existing members to mint more tokens. If the DAO prefers members also being able to mint a separate proposal can be made to that effect.

The minting price for one Reidar Token will be the nearest whole number to: 0.254 ETH (estimated NAV per token at the time of this proposal) + 12.5%, which is 0.29 ETH. She, would be required to mint at-least 11 Reidar tokens (~3 ETH) and at most 34 (10 ETH) Reidar tokens.

When: Mint will be re-opened on April 25th at 3PM EST and close on April 30th at 3PM EST.

Context: Emmy reached out to me via the Proof Collective and indicated her interest in joining Reidar DAO.

Emmy is an NFT dev/collector and the co-founder of CrypToadz.

Her main areas of interest are: NFTs, crypto, philosophy, investing, and outdoor stuff.

Her best investments in the past twelve months have been: Loot, doodles, proof, moonbirds, and treasure/magic.
