Voting rights for Trippy Wolves

Context Trippy Wolves were a free airdrop to Rekt Wolf holders. Voting for utility happened back in April where it was deemed they should NOT have DAO voting rights (vote on proposals or new leads).

Since April, many things have changed, and Trippies were the most successful Rekt Gang collection by volume after Terra collapse.

In addition, TWs are in a unique position as they are the 1st PFP collection on OnePlanet (Polygon), have original trippy art, and strongly held a 150K+ marketcap for months. Many holders cherish their Trippies.

Proposal Incorporate full DAO voting rights to Trippy holders. This also means that Trippies will be part of the final Rekt Gang 8888 supply. *Keep in mind there will be NO new RG collections this year or Q1 2023.
