Mission Statment

Proposal: "Masters of the Otherside"

Purpose: Set our long term Mission Statement that will guide all future DAO decisions and activity.

Justifications:

1. Aligns with current portfolio of assets including Otherdeeds, Koda, Apecoin, and 10ktf
2. Bet on Yuga (biggest brand in NFT's) and on the Otherside (Metaverse and web3 gaming)
3. Still early in the development of Otherside, none of the NFT utility has been unlocked for holders so holds more future potential rewards compared to Yuga PFP assets (theoretically)
4. Otherside is an web3 integrated participatory game that we should be able to engage in P2E and generate revenue via apecoin through engagement (e.g. 10ktf)
5. Potential for assets to be lended out or benefits from our assets to be shared with our DAO members
