APE STAKING EXPANSION - FOMO MOFO

Purpose - To expand the Remix DAO’s revenue stream by adding more Ape Coin and 1 more Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFT’s for staking.

Resources - 3 ETH swapped to ApeCoin for staking with MAYC

Details - 1 x MAYC borrowed to us from DAO member @JohnLindley (jlindley9) with 1118 APE approx. staked , and compounding earnings from all 4 of our staked MAYC regularly with yielded ApeCoin.

Impact - This will mean a period of 3 days to vote (end 1st Feb) which is shorter than usual , minimal spending of approx. 3 ETH and APE value and profits mean DAO is still vastly within budget for Q1 and net spending.

Justification - Increases revenue and trust in our DAO model, with more members having a safe place to bring in revenue for the DAO and be rewarded for borrowing the Yuga asset with a 30% Ape coin return. We have previously been looking to acquire more Ape coin when it was much lower but passed on the chance and this is now the optimum chance to have a threshold gap we can maximize with gradual top ups.
