DAO V1 CryptoPunk acquisition

Proposal : DAO to acquire a V1 CryptoPunk , from the Original contract and claim by Lavalabs , June 2017

Resources: 31 ETH and 8000 $APE

Justification: Original CryptoPunk that’s held value during the bear market and increased interest due to the provenance, currently undervalued and potential upside looks significantly greater than other options. Also have close ties with the V1 Punks community and can attract more strong members to our DAO to help us evolve further , should the market start to pick up.

Details: DAO to suggest a budget (maximum 5 ETH ) or $APE equivalent , can assign to council member to purchase on our behalf should a cheaper deal be available on markets places like blur for example. Solid purchase and long term hold going forwards into 2024
