**PROPOSAL #3: AIN'T NOTHING BUT A G THANG**

Purpose: 10ktf added a recycle mechanism to their system. This proposal will allow us to burn some or all of our unmatched Genesis items to receive GTags and also mint craft the items to match our current PFP's. In addition the proposal looks to acquire additional GTags as they represent Genesis burns and speculatively have some Genesis utility that has yet to be realized but has been promised from very early on in the 10ktf ecosystem.

Resources: Each burn requires the crafted item + 10 ApeCoin and gas. The proposed price for Gtag acquisition will be no higher than 0.75 ETH per GTag. If we cannot acquire at that price on markets we will set wETH offers for 0.75 on as many as is stated in the option that is voted on.

PROPOSAL #2: JUST HOW DEGEN ARE WE FEELING? Contingent on PROPOSAL #1 passing

Option 1: Toe in the water - Burn Uncommon Daypack to Receive 3 GTags. Mint matching Daypack with our WoW Option 2: All In - Burn All 3 Genesis for 7 GTags. Mint matching daypacks and high tops with our PFP's

Option 1: Acquire as many GTags on secondary up to 3 ETH total budget - Max per unit price of 0.75 ETH Option 2: Acquire as many GTags on Secondary up to 5 ETH total budget - Max per tag price of 0.75 ETH Option 3: Don't buy any GTags they are useless and/or overpriced

Impact: We don't know the mechanics yet from 10ktf or what the future utility of GTags will be. Burning is irreversible so if a Genesis item holds more utility without burn we will lose any benefits from holding it.

Justification: GTags are the first sign of planned utility for Genesis 10ktf items and Genesis has always been labeled as "KING" by the community and team. This move is a bet that there will be a big push by 10ktf to make GTags a key part of their ecosystem and carry very strong utility going forward.
