Maximize our Otherside Assets

Summary of Ask:

1. REMIX! Council to create a hot wallet and delegate to it
2. Give TimothE the hotwallet details so he can play for the DAO
3. Send our vessels to the hot wallet so TimothE can hatch them, then send them back to our cold wallet.

Details We currently own 8 deeds across 4 sediment types along with 8 unhatched vessels and a Koda. We're not actually playing with them so we're missing out on generating both Fragments and Hunting/killing the Shattered (which rewards tradable components of ships and items)

Playing the game is relatively easy (5 minutes a day) so I'm happy to offer to do it ongoing (TimothE).

How? The safest way to do this would be to setup a hotwallet and delegate to it from our main wallet.

We will need to initially move the vessels, so we can hatch them (takes a week, the vessel gets burned and replaced with a Mara depending on vessel type).

After the first week, we send the Mara back to the DAO wallet and the game can be played completely through delegation (at this stage) so no asset risk.

I'll use the same strategy I'm using for the rest of my deeds which is farm the 3* sediment with our Farmers and Enchanter (first Goo, then when that's depleted Expanse/Cosmic) and use our Hunters and Koda on the Level 1/4's to get master chests.
