Core Values

Proposal: 4 Core Values that support the Mission: Masters of the Otherside

1. PARTICIPATION - Always lean in on maximum participation in the Otherside ecosystem regardless of monetary incentives. Web3 has always rewarded early adopters for their participation levels, and the Otherside should be no different.

2. APECOIN MAXI - As the currency that backs the Otherside we always have long positions with ApeCoin and maximize generating additional ApeCoin (staking, fundraising, acquiring)

3. CREATION > CONSUMPTION - Strive to be creators in the space and to encourage others to learn and build with us. We build value by creating an entry point to the Otherside that makes the space accessible to as many people as we can, sustainably. We encourage our members to leverage our assets to create novel products that are integrated and/or support the Otherside ecosystem. This includes metaverse experiences as well as content creation to support learning and exploring in the web3 community.

4. DON'T DEGEN, REGEN - Be measured with our spending and always look at long term funnels to regenerate funds for the DAO. Generating funds will be essential to the sustainability of our Mission and Core Values.

Purpose: Establish the guiding principles that drive our strategy decisions. All DAO strategies will be measured against their alignment to these values going forward.
