Remix DAO- MAYC acquisition

Purpose : DAO acquires their first MAYC with good aesthetics ( agreed by the community ) and ability to use commercial rights and stake as the core representative NFT of the Remix DAO

Resources: We have 53.9 ETH and over 8000 Ape coin and have made some positive profit from staking borrowed Yuga assets from members

Details : The DAO has met the minimum council approval required for proposal to go for a snapshot vote and obtain a Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFT, with good aesthetics and chance to participate in future Yuga events.

Impact: It will mean the DAO spending funds on a Yuga asset but be still be well within our means proposed a MAYC under 17 ETH

Justification : The DAO has been quite stable during Q1, this asset can help produced some creative participation and enthusiasm, allow 100 % return on staking , ability to use commercial rights and make DAO themed art , allow full participation without the need to borrow assets from members , and not to miss out on future Yuga utilities and events.
