PROPOSAL: 3,257 Unclaimed token distribution

Details: Unclaimed tokens to be claimable by DAO members who claimed during phase 1 proportionally to the percentage of tokens they claimed during phase 1, minus the team’s share (to maintain the team’s claim percentage of 20%)

Currently, there are 3,257 unclaimed tokens from the first claim period. This proposal is to allow these tokens to be claimed by members who successfully claimed their tokens in the first claim period.

Example: 6,743 token were claimed during period 1. Subtracting the teams 1,998 tokens, 4,745 tokens were claimed by members of the DAO for holding remix assets. That leaves 3,257 unclaimed If a dao member claimed 100 tokens in the first window, that would be 2.10% of the tokens claimed 100 = 2.1% of 4745 Therefore, they would be entitled to claim 2.1% of the leftover tokens, which equates to 68 tokens

Justification: This rewards the members who participated in claim 1 and continue to participate in the DAO. This allocation would be claimed during claim 2, ensuring that active members receive the bulk of the tokens available in the dao to reward participation.
