Proposal: Unclaimed Tokens Distribution Cap

Purpose: To cap the number of unclaimed tokens that can be allocated for any single purpose to 5% of the total DAO token cap (5% x 25,000 = 1,250)

Resources: No resources are needed as this proposal does not propose any distribution, it only adds a restriction for proposals related to distribution.

Details: This proposal is an added governance related to unclaimed REMIX! DAO tokens from each claim phase.

1. All proposals are capped at 1,250 unclaimed DAO tokens for distribution for any purpose
2. The DAO cannot propose the same or similar proposal more than once to increase the distribution above the 5% cap
3. A super majority override can be put into any proposal to go over the cap but needs to hit a 90% approval threshold and must include the full 7-day voting period

Justification: Capping proposals on unclaimed tokens prevents the over-allocation of tokens to a single idea and provides more flexibility for the DAO to push forward multiple initiatives going forward.
