RIP-000-012: Yield Ops Multisig Election

This is an election to select the initial multisig members for the Community Yield Ops group. Note that the multisig is only allowed to act in accordance with proposals approved by the community at this stage. The multisig can be voted to be dismantled and or changed at any time.

There are 10 candidates in the vote, and only the top 6 will be chosen for the multisig.

Please note that this proposal uses 'Weighted voting', meaning you are free to split your voting power between the candidates as you wish, e.g. you could vote for all candidates if you wanted and split evenly with all of them, or you could vote for one or two candidates giving all your voting power just to them, or do a completely custom split of your choosing.
