Overview and Details

This is a pretty straightforward proposal that suggest rounding the amount of minted tokens as per RIP-000-018 voting results (https://snapshot.org/#/ren-project.eth/proposal/0xb306673131ae9eeb78fc1f39cf9fb6e5285cb8f4becd86f0406a260ac74270d2). Taking in the account the weighted average of 179 928 193.46 REN and the will of all voters I suggest we round to the nearest decimal for better UX, which is 180 000 000 REN tokens.
