RGP-000-002: EVI DAO - Bitcoin Backed, Inflation-Resistant Stable Asset

The goal of this grant is to launch ZBTC stablecoin system on Ethereum. ZBTC allows users to adopt a crypto-native unit of account and stable store of value, as an alternative to fiat currency pegged coins. It utilises RenBTC as a source of decentralised and censorship resistant collateral.

The vote will be determined by the greater of "For" and "Against" votes, even if it is less than 50% + 1 of all votes. "Abstain" votes are thus equivalent to not voting.
