RIP-000-017: Member rotation of Yield Ops multisig

This is an election to select the new multisig member rotating into the Yield Ops group, replacing Preston, who decided to rotate out.

There are 3 candidates in this vote, and the resulting candidate with the most votes will be rotated into the multisig signing group.

The voting method is "Ranked choice voting", meaning that you can rank your preferences for the candidates in a sequence if you wish, but you can also just cast the vote on the candidate you prefer without ranking.

Candidates who have verified that they have a DN have a ✅ badge Candidates who have verified that they have a hardware wallet have a ✔️ badge

Candidates are free to amend above verification by posting proof on the relevant forum thread at any time until the election is finished.
