RFIP-03: New Nominations for Q3 Early Bird Board

Abstract: Hello RENTnauts! It is time to nominate new members for the Early Bird Board (EBB) for the third quarter of 2023.

The EBB members are responsible for managing and operating the Early Bird Program.

New Nominations: When we first established the Early Bird Program, the EBB consisted of five members:

two from the team (Blank and Berlin), two advisors (Astro and Larva), and one community member (Martial).

After four months of smooth operation, led primarily by Linkys, we believe it is time for the team and advisors to step down from the EBB. We believe the EBB should mainly consist of Early Birds who can best represent the successful operations of this program and the benefits of all early birds.

Therefore, I would like to nominate the following three outstanding community co-builders as the new EBB members for Q3:

Linkys 3 - Early Bird Program Manager of RentFun. Dashred - WonderBird Master of RentFun. Gangsta - Devoted Early Bird of RentFun. Linkys will assume the role of Early Bird Board Chief and manage and coordinate all activities within the EBB, with the assistance of Dashred and Gangsta.

Reasons: Linkys Linkys has been contributing to RentFun as the Early Bird Program manager since April. Over the past two and a half months, he has made significant progress in the Early Bird Program, including the following achievements:

Implementing proposals to enhance the organization of the EB program, such as Proposal for Early Bird Referral Incentive 1, EB Radar , Scoring System Proposal, V3 Contribution Scoring, RFIP-02 Weekly Content Contest for Community and Early Bird Members, Actively recognizing and onboarding new Blip Birds and Early Birds. Calculating and updating the contribution scores of Early Birds. Creating a monthly video to recap the Early Bird Program’s operations 1 and provide detailed information to the community. Dashred:

Dashred currently serves as our WonderBird Master and primarily supports the adoption and utilization of WonderBird collections within the RentFun community.

Before becoming our WonderBird Master, Dashred was an active Early Bird with a strong dedication to RentFun. Dashred is also a longstanding member of @AxieInfinity and @The_Beacon_GG, and holds the position of CXO at @BigYakAxieClub.

In these roles, Dashred has been instrumental in onboarding, developing, and promoting communities, initiatives, and projects.

Dashred’s experience with the Axie Scholarships Program has contributed significantly to delivering the best UI/UX design and fostering an organic community interested in NFT rentals.

Gangsta:

Gangsta is a devoted Early Bird of RentFun who consistently delivers high-quality content, including memes, threads, and videos, to enhance the value and brand recognition of RentFun.

Gangsta has also created an excellent tutorial video demonstrating RentFun’s POC demo, which greatly helps the community understand the technical aspects and features of RentFun.

We nominate Gangsta not only for his content creation skills but also for his persistent dedication to contributing to RentFun—an exceptional quality that is rare and valuable in the fast-moving crypto space.

Responsibilities: As the EBB chief, Linkys will assume the main responsibility of coordinating and operating the EB program. His primary responsibilities include:

Growing the Early Bird Program to onboard more early supporters of RentFun.

Defining the onboarding criteria for Early Birds at different stages of RentFun.

Reviewing the contributions of early birds, calculating and updating the contribution scores monthly.

Managing the benefits of Early Birds, including airdrops and WonderBird gifts.

Implementing other strategies and initiatives to further grow the EB Program.

As the remaining two EBB members, Dashred and Gangsta have the following responsibilities:

Providing suggestions and recommendations to Linkys when he implements the responsibilities mentioned above.

Having the right to recommend new Early Birds for the program.

Offering assistance to Linkys in implementing important changes and campaigns within the Early Bird Program when Linkys has the need.

Rewards: Each EBB member will receive 1 WonderBird per month as appreciation for their contributions during 2023Q3.
