RIP-7.1: Amendment to RIP-7 to redistribute RSC from “Partnerships” to “Liquidity”

SUMMARY: This proposal will seek to redistribute the 625,000 RSC earmarked for “partnerships” from RIP-7) Treasury Allocation Q4 2022 towards providing more liquidity across a larger range in Uniswap V3.

MOTIVATION: Currently, the RSC and ETH provided in RIP-8) Provide RSC-ETH Liquidity was provided across a narrow band due to certain limitations (txn hash: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x6d9480ecf5841f856bbeb7ce6de101ca4c05a67e2924532ba94c201b8ca8e22a).

PROPOSAL/ACTION: In order to provide liquidity which spans a larger range of prices for RSC, we would like to deploy more capital in the form of ETH and RSC. We seek to remove up to 4 ETH from the current liquidity pool and utilize it in addition to the 625,000 RSC to provide a range of liquidity that spans across the majority of the price range of the ResearchCoin price.
