RIP-8.2: Increase Liquidity in Uniswap Pool

SUMMARY: Currently, one pool on Uniswap V3 exists for ResearchCoin (RSC). Given the increase in activity on the ResearchHub platform, and in line with “RIP-16 - Treasury Allocation Q4 2023 Proposal”, we propose to deploy up to 500K RSC from the ResearchHub Foundation Community Treasury and an equivalent amount of ETH (including any earned trading fees) into the Uniswap V3 pool (linked below)

MOTIVATION: In order to provide a healthy environment for users interested in ResearchHub to be able to acquire RSC for use on the platform. ResearchCoin is an integral part in the mission of ResearchHub, as an incentive to accelerate the pace of scientific research, and therefore requires a robust venue to be transacted.

PROPOSAL AND ACTION: We propose to claim all trading fees, on the day of approval of this proposal, and increase liquidity in the current Uniswap V3 pool with up to the maximum amount of ETH in the ResearchHub Foundation Community Treasury reserves (so long as the matched RSC remains at or below 500K).
