RIP 8.3: Increase Liquidity on Uniswap

SUMMARY: Given the increase in activity on ResearchHub we propose to deploy up to 2,000,000 RSC, and any commensurate amount of ETH if appropriate, from the ResearchHub Foundation Community Treasury.

MOTIVATION: In order to provide a healthy environment for users interested in ResearchHub to be able to acquire RSC for use on the platform. ResearchCoin is an integral part in the mission of ResearchHub, as an incentive to accelerate the pace of scientific research, and therefore requires a robust venue to be transacted.

PROPOSAL AND ACTION: We propose to increase liquidity on Uniswap with up to 2,000,000 RSC, and appropriate amount of ETH, in the ResearchHub Foundation Community Treasury reserves. Additionally, should any ranges of liquidity be breached, ResearchHub Foundation will adjust its position accordingly, to maintain the integrity of the liquidity pool.
