Overview

Problem

REtoken needs to have a crypto on-ramp from any fiat proceeds received (IE: HeroX.com / American Made Solar Prize Round 5 contest proceeds).

Goal

Have a single "bank account" that can receive ACH / wire transfers and then on-ramp that into an agreed upon cryptocurrency that can be immediately transferred into a REtoken Gnosis-Safe Multi-Sig Treasury wallet.

Proposal

We propose that Jason Younker or Amilou Marcella can open a business account at Uphold.com for REtoken DAO LLC.

Transferring of Funds

Any transferring of funds in or out of this newly created account will require a separate proposal for authorization.
