Release full documentation and receipts of funding for community transparency

There have been many questions about funding and the use of funds and payments to the team that seem unreasonably high.

Plenty of deflecting answers have been provided but if we look at the product that is presented and the cost of it all the two do not match.

Whether costed in REVA or USD numbers don't add up to the money that has been spent by REVA and the product that has been produced. The presentation of staking rewards is poor, the offering is poor and minimal staking options are available.

Due to this poor product. in 2022, this proposal asks to show full documentation of a payment plan to fully understand where the DAO voted funds to go, where the roadmap decided funds went and where all the money is.

if a new team is to takeover this team will need to understand what is available so they simply don't take the money and run it into the ground or get lumped with nothing.
