RHAT-1: Honorary Roles to the Ribbonati

Summary

Proposal to Allow High-Quality Contributors to Ribbon into the Ribbonati.

Background A few weeks ago there was a form that went around to early contributors in the Ribbon discord. There were two choices. Receive a Small Airdrop or a $RHAT.

Those that have chosen $RHAT have now formed this DAO and a private chat called the #ribbonati.

A few high-quality contributors choose small airdrop over the $RHAT. This is a proposal to add them with an honorary role to the #ribbonati channel.
