Proposal to Liquidate Remaining Assets of the DAO

Proposal Description:

Following the passing of the previous proposal to sunset the DAO, this proposal is to transfer the remaining assets of the DAO to be liquidated and then deposited into the claim contract so that DVF holders can receive USDT.

To simplify the liquidation process, this proposal is to do the following:

1. Send these assets to EOA 0x341a38b69A6b8F00fAd4eeD3a2B8528E3Fed07Ff
2. EOA 0x341a38b69A6b8F00fAd4eeD3a2B8528E3Fed07Ff will then liquidate them for USDT
3. They will then be transferred to the redeem contract
