This is a proposal to increase the ibAlluoUSDC>>iballuoETH DCA rate from 675 to 1500 ibAlluoUSD per month.

Background

The DAO has 15K ibAlluoUSD which is earning about 87.5 DAI per month in yields from Alluo. That ibAlluoUSD is DCA'ed into ibAlluoETH at a rate of 675 ibAlluoUSD per month.

This proposal is to increase the rate to 1500 ibAlluoUSD per month.

Justification

The reason to increase is to quickly purchase more collateral to lock into Aave to reduce the loan to value (LTV) ratio back below 40%.

Treasury Actions

Increase ibAlluoUSD>>ETH DCA rate to 1500/month
Continue to periodically withdraw and deposit ibAlluoETH as WETH in Aave
