Stop streaming USDC to bank.
Currently we are streaming USDCx to bank at a rate of 75k / Month, but the funds which are being streamed to bank are being borrowed by 1-2 addresses running bots. This proposal is to stop the stream to REXBank completely until we deploy REXBank v2 with Streamed interest payments.
