Core Team Lead for Ricochet
This is a proposal to issue Mike Ghen rewards of 1000 USDCx + 100K RIC per month for serving as the Core Team Leader.
Background
Mike is the developer of the Ricochet Exchange smart contracts and has been contributing to the project since its inception in April 2021. In addition to writing smart contracts he also assists with executive duties to make sure Ricochet continues to work and grow. His responsibility will be to serve as the leader of the core team, which now consists of three other contributors who receive monthly rewards: Sero, Abhishk, and Akuma.
