DecentraTalks is a tech podcast hosted and maintained by Sero, a developer working with Ricochet Exchange. This proposal is to sponsor the podcast to improve the production value and maintain a stable rate of marketing and advertising.

Why?

Once a week, DecentraTalks will shout out Ricochet Exchange and explain the product at the beginning of every Podcast episode to increase brand awareness and attract new members to the Ricochet Community.

How will the Sponsorship payment be spent

• 100 USDC will go into editing the podcast episode audio

• 100 USDC will go into marketing the episode releases on twitter

• 10K RIC will be reserved as rewards for users who join the community and start a stream through my DecentraTalks referral link - this is exclusively going towards this purpose and any unused RIC will be returned to the community

Metrics:

The podcast has 50 subscribed listeners on Spotify as of now, a twitter account with 3000+ Followers, and an average of 30 listens a month.

As quality improves I am sure more people will tune in for new episodes.

Tracking effectiveness.

I will generate a weekly report monitoring the performance of the podcast, as well as the growth of related media accounts and conversions to Ricochet Users.
