Adjust Abhishek pay to 200$ and 2k RIC per month for frontend support over a 3-month period

This proposal is to allow @abhishek.eth to get 200$ and 2k RIC to take care of the application frontend and handle some of the tasks like reviewing, bug fixing and error checking on sentry and other tools if any.
