REX Referral Fee Rate

Ricochet's latest stream markets will have a feature that allows whitelisted affiliates to refer people to Ricochet with a custom affiliate URL link and earn a portion of the fees that they pay on their investment stream.

The Ricochet DAO needs to decide on what percent of fees paid by referred users will go towards the referring affiliate. This percentage is called the "affiliate rate". This proposal aims to decide that affiliate rate with single-choice voting on the below options.

Additional considerations and examples:

• Current Ricochet percent fee: 2%
• Ex: If a user is streaming at a rate of $100/mo. in volume, they will be paying $2/mo. In fees
• Ex: if an affiliate refers $10,000/mo. in sustained volume which generates $200/mo. in fees, an affiliate rate of 20% would yield the affiliate $40/mo. In income (20% * $200 = $40)
